I chose this place because I had free credits, they're twice the price of local Asian spots and have gone downhill for many years. I was pleasantly surprised it was good this time!!! They have a new recipe for Pad Thai which is closer to authentic than it was. The Chili-Garlic Green Beans are always tasty. I hope they've turned a new leaf. They are so pricey, better keep it up.

Chang's Spicy Chicken Bowl little to no chicken, had very very little flavor even with the spices. Very disappointed.
Dynamite Roll seemed poorly prepared
To spend almost $80 at this restaurant I can say this place is going down hill. Becoming poor quality for the price.

I love PF Changs. However, I ordered carryout for a honey chicken lunch combo. It came in a small take home box. The chicken was dry & hard & had a wierd taste. I cannot describe it. I did t even realize the fried rice I paid over $3 more was even there until I moved the chicken. The egg drop soup smelled like smoke when I took the lid off. I couldn't eat anything.

very little food for the price, could have almost made one dinner from both dinners. The "crispy Chicken" was not even close to crispy, it was mush breading with very little chicken and the honey sauce had NO honey flavor, it tasted more like a chemical. For the price and the child size portion we were very surprised that an egg roll or a fortune cookie were not even included. Sad!

This was by far the BEST Mongolian Beef
I have ever had. I thank the Rochester PFChang crew. I had about given up on my favorite dish I eat for TWO DAYS. I ordered the Mongolian beef two times ago, and unfortunately I could Not eat the meat. It was burnt and Charred scraps of meat. Inedible. I haven't called out a restaurant in a couple of months, about their food. When I order the Mongolian Beef, I call the restaurant and ask for extra meat sauce for my white rice. So not only was the meat burned and unchewable , I couldn't even get extra sauce, let alone there was None on the meat. $28.75 is extreme, but it is so delicious. I can't go get food as my husband and I are disabled seniors. But PLEASE NEVER stop having this dish.
