Very fresh, warm, delicious, and huge amount! I wish they'd offer options for regular salt, extra salt or no salt - but that's just me lol.

The pretzels are often disappointing because they tend to arrive hard and stale, lacking the soft, warm texture that you’d expect from a freshly baked treat. This makes them less enjoyable, as the crunchiness detracts from the overall flavor and experience. It’s a letdown when you’re hoping for something fresh and soft, only to get something that feels like it’s been sitting around for too long.

The Rivet Box: Small was not fresh. It was pretty stale. The 3 Real Pretzels were a little better but honestly not great.

The pretzels arrived to my house and were all stale. It's a pretzel shop. It's literally all you do, but my 3 regular pretzels were inedible. Could have been used had I needed a weapon of some sort. But eating one was impossible. The shaker pretzels were at least edible, but far from enjoyable. I'm sorry but this was just bad.
