I'm so glad I found this establishment. I'm from Philly and this is one place I always stop when I visit. Anyone who is from Philly knows what a great place this is. The Spicy Pretzel Sausage is out of this world, and pretzels are warm and soft as they should be. So glad to have the Philly Pretzel Factory in Worcester. Something from home.

I'm a Philly girl living in Massachusetts. I was so excited when I found they had a Phily Pretzel Factory in Worcester. This place make me feel like I'm back home. When I would visit Philly, I always would bring back pretzels. Now I can have them whenever I want. Best place ever!!!!!!!

Very tasty, got my pretzels warm and soft. The dipping sauses add to it, very good. I went inside once and the staff is very friendly.

Very tasty pretzels and dips. They're always fresh and an incredible value. Hope they bring back the Spicy Cheese.
