The burrito was not freshly made. It tasted like it was microwave and the tortilla was so stale, but it was breaking off. I usually buy the same thing and I was very disappointed today. It was disgusting.

I love the drink, but I swear every time I order a hot drink from Philz it ALWAYS spills. It doesn't matter the location it always drips on my clothes when I try to sip. It doesn't happen with the iced drinks. Please find a better way to package the hot drinks for delivery

The campfire smores was watery and did not taste like Philz quality. I ordered creamy cream and it tasted like I subbed with water. Pretty gross. Don't know about the philtered soul because it was for someone else.

Drinks weren't labeled but luckily they were differentiable by color. Both orders tasted a little off compared to if I were to order it in-store, but I'm not sure if it's just the specific location?
The iced coffee rose tasted burnt and regular cream for honey haze tasted like there was not enough cream put into the drink.
Appreciated the careful packaging though!
