71. House Special Rice Dish with grilled shrimps, shredded pork,egg cake meatloaf and 1 protein (Pork or Beef or chicken) is tasty and has lots of meat. The fish sauce would give extra flavor.

The Vietnamese restaraunt of my dreams! The food is so good and classic, exactly what I was looking for.
The cha gio came with all the herbs and lettuce I could need, and the pork chops were on point.

Was worried of finding solid Pho out here since moving from GG. But I'm glad I took a chance on this place because the flavors are rich and authentic to satisfy my Pho cravings. The minus one star is due to portions of meat. I've never really received such little protein portions and I've been eating Pho my whole life!

Great place in South County for pho if you can't get up to Westminster. For to-go orders, get the meats rare. It'll come raw and you'll have to boil your broth up a small pot. Set up your bowl with the noodles, veggies/herbs with raw meats on top, and pour the boiling broth over it. My favorite was the rare steak pho. Grab extra noodles since they do give a great serving size of broth.

I love that this Vietnamese restaurants have fantastic authentic soup dishes other than pho. For example the Bun Bo Hue is excellent. Also Bun Rieu is very good. I've been going to another Vietnamese restaurant for over a decade but now that I've found this place I'm staying here because of their diversity in authentic Vietnamese soups.
One more thing, my 13 yr old son loves fried rice and he can tell the difference between Chinese and Vietnamese fried rice and LOVES and prefers Vietnamese and now his friends all agree!!
