Pho Halong always has delicious soups! Both the chicken and beef broths are very tasty. I like them spicy.
Their appetizers are kinda small but still delicious. Maybe just stick to the spring or salads rolls though for the price.

Food was very tasty. Portions were a bit small, especially for the price. The spicy soup was VERY spicy but delicious - just warning potential customers to be prepared if you order it spicy.
