46 Noodle Soup w/ Eye Round Steak, Brisket, Flank, Fatty Flank, Tendon, & Tripe - Pho Dac Biet tastes very authentic with a slight spicy kick, and lots of meat! Thai Tea tastes authentic too.

Stick to pho at Pho Hoa. Their broth is clean and delicious. Generous portion of meat. Well packaged.
Their pork skin is the best and love it with the vermicelli bowls but didn't really do anything in their limp spring rolls.
Bun bo hue special soup was lackluster. A skinny slice of shank and three pieces of a tough meat, broth wasn't very spicy, bloody or comforting.

This food was on point hit all the right spots. It doesn't make you feel heavy. It makes you feel light. The food is clean. It's phenomenal and the restaurant was so nice because I don't eat pork. They substituted it with chicken.

Always a delight! The Pho Ga is typically made with mostly white meat which is lovely. They always supply you with plenty of bean sprouts, basil and broth, I highly recommend it!
