Just absolutely, absolutely delicious. I ordered the 13 Rare Steak and Brisket pho, shrimp spring rolls, and the thai tea, and they arrived extremely organized and cleanly, and super fresh and hot (except for the tea of course). Everything came out beyond perfect. One of my favorite restaurants <3

Pho Tre bien has significantly gone downhill in taste and quality. Its sad because it used to be so good. Now the Pho lacks flavor and tastes watered down. They raised prices and also trimmed how much meat they put in the Pho or Banh Mi Sandwich. The sandwich was almost all bread. Management needs to step up and focus on quality. Will not be ordering from here anymore.

I used to live in El Paso and then I moved to central Texas. However, I'm back in El Paso and this is my number #1 go-to for 378 Crispy or Soft Noodle (I get crispy) each and everytime!!! It comes in a huge pan and can feed a family of 4. Sooooooo delicious!!!

The spring rolls came out soggy and weird and one of them tasted like it was laid on a dirty wet rag. The tofu to noodle ratio on the lemongrass tofu was far too little and the flavor just wasn't there):
