P10. T - Rare Steak and P13. TH - Tofu (Beef Soup or Vegetarian Soup) pho is fresh and delicious. Large portions great for a comforting meal. A6 Fried cheese Wonton (5 Roll) are crispy and tasty as a perfect starter.

The chicken was dry and the pork chop didn't look like pork chop. It was sliced and no sauce. Scoop of rice and a few sprinkles of fried onion (I think). One piece of lettuce with one and a half slice cucumber. Terrible flavor!

The coffee, atrocious. Looks and tastes like coffee you can make at a motel 6. Strange looking fish sauce that normally would come with a rice noodle bowl. There's no peppers in the fish sauce and the flavor is bland. Not that much meat or rice noodles. The egg roll shrimp things were soggy and void of decent flavor. Doesn't taste too fresh and I would not order again.

The only vegetarian pho I've been able to find in Fort Collins. Great flavor and tofu is perfect! More expensive than pho on the west coast, but it's worth it for sure! I order the veggie pho with vegetarian broth often.

got both our orders wrong, the Pho - Rare Steak & Brisket (Large) did not have brisket, and only a little steak like they didn't complete the order. the P2. DB2 - Well-Done Brisket, Tendon and Tripe was missing tripe. the spring A2. Rice Paper Roll with Shrimp, Pork and Vegetables (2 Rolls) had itty bitty shrimp, and a whole lot of lettuce. seriously disappointing
