Rice and Beans (1 Lb) the quantity is too less and the beans are a bit salty. Somehow the discount made it more manageable in quantity wise otherwise I would not have ordered. What I like is the packaging and quick to accept and deliver in time.

I didn't really like the Salsa blanca 16 oz, and the Mexican Enchiladas weren't worth the price. They were small for the price. The enchiladas also said on the menu that they're made with meat, but there isn't an option to select which type. They also had burned a little on the bottom. The chips were good.

The enchiladas were burned on the bottom, and side and there wasn't enough sauce to help loosen anything except the top layer. Rice needed fresh lime juice.
The chicken tinga was too dry and desperately needed some fresh lime juice. Same desperate need for some fresh lime juice throughout to help carry and accent the flavors. Even the chips were unevenly cooked -- some scorched and others flavorless. Acids like lime juice in salsa enliven everything and are found throughout Mexican cooking for a reason.
For a burrito bowl, I expected 3-4 fresh tortillas -- no tortillas to be found. Guacamole overall wws good, but again badly needed some lime juice.
