I'm a pizza hunter. Some of my favorites are Prime, Ozzys, Price street, rose city. Pie strap, in my humble opinion, is the best pizza in LA/OC County. Crust is light and crunchy with a 100% supported undercarriage. Sauce is fresh, pretty sure it's the traditional san marzano sauce. High quality low moisture mozz with a Romano finish. Mini cup pepperonis with low grease. Doesn't get better.

I've been on the hunt for decent NY-Style pizza in the area for ages, and it has FINALLY arrived. We did the Sausage Was the Case, added garlic, double pepperoni & olives on one half and it was out of this world. We also ordered the meatballs which came with garlic knots. Both items so very simple, but so exquisitely done. May seem hyperbolic, but I stand by it! This is now my new favorite pizza joint!

Once again the team at Pie Trap delivered an incredible meal. First time ordering the wings, some of the best in the area. Will order those every time going forward. Keep up the great work!

This was by far the best pizza I have ever had the grace to lay on my tongue. As I bit into it, and tasted the pepperonni perfectly cooked, and the hot honey, god almighty the hot honey. I felt the heavens tremble, I transcended. 5/5

Pizza once again, some of the best I've had. Meatballs were a great side. Now, I have to say, as simple as the salad is, I ask one thing, please bottle and sell that salad dressing separately! So good. Love this place for our pizza Fridays.
