Tried the Gluten-Free Pizza recently - I think it is the best one in the city. Have tried a lot of other GF-pizzas before, but this one is at the top of the heap. They cook it in a square steel pan, so the crust is both crispy and chewy at the same time. Highly recommend!

The pizza crust was inconsistent throughout. The cheese to sauce ratio was off and it seemed a bit stale. The cuts were weird and ill portioned. Wouldn't order again
$60 for two pizzas for the quality I got it insane.

The noni was delicious...for some reason I was expecting a thicker crust and was pleasantly surprised with the thinner square pizza. The chopped salad with house dressing is a meal in itself. Delicious!

I wanted to like this pizza, but it just isn't for me. Dough is too heavy without a real crunch or stretchiness. Sauce is too reduced. A hallmark of southern pizza. Also, they provide Ken's Steakhouse ranch instead of making their own with real dairy and herbs. So gross. La Calavera, Glide, and juniors are the best non-Neapolitan pizza on the city that I've found.

Crust was really tough as in hard to tear and chewy. Otherwise flavors were bold and as expected. There was also almost no sign of onions despite that being one of the toppings and twice as much pepperoni than others which I thought odd
