Pizz’A Chicago – Deep Dish, Deeper Flavor
At Pizz’A Chicago, we're serving up bold, Windy City-style flavor right in the heart of California. Our signature deep dish pizzas are loaded with layers of …
I've been eating Pizza A Chicago since the late nineties when I moved here from Chicago. It best reproduces Chicago's thin style pizza. The cheese is creamy, the sauce is rich and slightly sweet, the sausage is browned and good. Sausage and mushroom are the classic toppings, recommended!

First time trying this place because I was craving Chicago deep dish. We got bbq chicken, olives, and roasted garlic. Terrible quality. Bread is dense, olives are straight from a can, the bbq sauce tastes store bought, and it's quite dry. Our ultimate favorite place Paxis pizza shut down and does not compare unfortunately. Terrible quality here. Might as well go with Slice of pizza and SOH.

Ok. Right away let's understand that this is not a Chicago style deep dish pizza. It is a regular pizza with thick crust and more than normal toppings. If you have ever been to Chicago and have had a Chicago deep dish there, you will understand what I am talking about. Not sure why this place cause itself Chicago. Not sure why all it's marketing prices itself on being Chicago style. But it is not.
That being said, however, it is still a very tasty pie with very good ingredients piled high at a very reasonable price

Absolutely delicious. The pizza was excellent as usual. Carefully assembled, crispy, fresh. I also enjoy the garlic bread, it tastes like it's probably sour dough. Overall one of my favorite pizza places.

Drenched with so much ricotta cheese I had to scoop it off every piece. The ricotta is meant to be a tiny dollop on top. Pizza undercooked underneath and swimming with SO much cheese and sauce underneath. Inedible. A waste of $34 for a small pizza.
