Shiitake Happens is absolutely delicious and this style of pizza is very unique to upstate NY. Good pricing and packaging, flavorful, great portion sizing, and 100% will be ordering again. Thanks!!

Pizza is delicious, cooked to perfection & worth the price (feeds 2-3 people) as the pizza is LOADED with toppings. The owners are also very friendly and welcoming. A great addition to our area!

Just ok. Way too oily and too much cheese. Only the edges are crispy, the center is a soggy mess. It's almost like they made thick oily focaccia bread, dumped a ton of cheese on it, cooked it at a somewhat low temp in a nonstick pan, and called it Detroit. It doesn't help that they sent it off in styrofoam containers, making it even soggier. Yuck. Stick with Birtchy's or Taylor's for solid, crisp Detroit style pizzas.
