everything was cold, container was only half full for the chips. Garlic cheese bread was squashed and stuck to the box

Ordered Pizza Hut through DoorDash and while the food itself was decent, the packaging and presentation really need improvement. The pizza boxes were not properly wrapped or sealed, which is concerning from a hygiene and food-safety perspective.
When ordering delivery, customers expect the shop to take packaging seriously. Sealed and securely wrapped boxes give confidence that the food hasn’t been tampered with during transit. This is especially important for deliveries handled by third-party drivers.
The taste was fine, but better attention to secure packaging would greatly improve the overall experience. I hope Pizza Hut takes this feedback seriously and ensures boxes are properly sealed in future orders

Pizza arrived barely warm. Tasted okay otherwise. Cheeseburger pizza was great. The cheesy garlic bread was dry and disappointing

The 1 Large Pizzas + 2 Sides I had with a thin base supreme had hardly any toppings and doused in chilli sauce instead of a reasonable drizzle of peri peri which I ordered. Super disappointed, won't be ordering again here.
