I did a pickup order and the service was one of the worst of my time here on DoorDash. I made a mistake on one of my pizza I called within a 2 minute time frame and asked if I could pay the difference on my mistake. DoorDash would not let me make a changes I called and spoke to them he manager and the gentleman that picked up the phone said was pleasant, but the lady he asked to fix the pizza was freaking out in the back when he asked to change it. I offered to order a new pizza and she we still going off.
Talked to the manager there and she apologized for was sweet, but don't think I'll return due to terrible customer service.
They apologized but still never fixed what I was willing to pay for.

I've ordered from this Pizza Hut a few times 2-3). Each time, I was hoping and giving faith. During my trying times I'm either missing an item, food over cooked and or wrong items given. Returning on door dash is a difficult process. Will not be returning to this Pizza Hut.
