The Hervey Bay store has made drastic improvements since the new owners took over. Excellent service, fresh food, they always get my order correct and the store is always immaculately clean. I'm very impressed!! Well done, guys and girls!! :)

items received wer package upside down in the boxs. and alle cheese and topping were stuck to the lids. chicken supreme was blandand dry. other3 pizzas wer fine for flavour beside half the toppings missing.

This store makes great pizza, loaded with toppings. Consistently good from multiple orders. GREAT JOB PIZZA HUT HERVEY BAY!

I selected the extra sauce option for my pizza usually they put a little bit extra but this time they literally poured the whole bottle of sauce (10x more than normal extra sauce option) to the point where there is that much that cheese isn’t melted and we can’t even pick up the pizza slice, no topping is staying on. Sauce is everywhere in the pizza box. Very very disappointing.
