Gyudon Beef Bowl has an Amazing flavor, great amount of food for what you pay, and the Canned Soda is super cold and crisp 10/10

Ordered 3x 3-protein poke bowls with miso soup. Miso soup tasted like flavored water with a light sprinkle of 'stuff' inside. The bowls were not nearly as good as we wanted-- very light on protein servings, mango was underripe and bad, and we were all missing some of the ingredients we selected (cherry tomato, yuzu miso dressing, onion crisps, masago). The remaining ingredients were okay. Way better poke bowls at other restaurants, we decided to try Poke Frisée today after having eaten at the Carle Place location previously. Overall, disappointing.

The rice was clumped together. I paid extra for avocado that was hard as a rock. This store used to be really good but now it's pretty bad. They must have new owners. The quality is not good at all.

Thai ice tea was very watery
They added no spicy salmon to my poke bowl and I made sure to add nothing with mango and some how there was still mango. And lastly they add some type of paste I'm not sure what it was but it was repulsive!!!

This was my second time ordering the Chicken Dumpling (6pcs) and I hate to say that I'm very disappointed. The first time was fantastic, and this time was poor.
It was my first time ordering the Gyudon Beef Bowl+Miso Soup, and the miso soup was an 8/10 but the bowl itself was also a let down.
I would definitely give the Chicken Dumpling (6pcs) another chance, but certainly not the Gyudon Beef Bowl+Miso Soup.
