the chicken was well seasoned with amazing herbs and spices, very mosit yet the crunch of the fried chicken was delightful. the grilled chicken looked like a piece of areand tasted even better. I just ate lunch and am planning on going back for dinner.

I see why Pollo Tropical is now charging for rice and beans, it's because Pollo Campero has their foot Tropical's neck! lol Pollo Campero's chicken tastes great, I love the option to have dark meat mixed with fried and regular chicken. The beans are amazing! My one complaint, I think can be a big opportunity to crush P. Tropical, make the sides larger or give the option to charge more for a bigger size for sides.

Food was delicious, portion size was adequate, delivery time was fast. my only issue with this place is they are not consistent, sometimes the sides are not fresh and the grilled chicken always seems under done to me. Other than that, this is one of my go-to's and favorite place to order from.

Pick up took entirely too long, even though I arrived after the schedule pickup time my food was not ready. Food was okay however the grilled chicken seem undercooked. The cashier was very nice and friendly however a lady that seem to be a manager is kind of standoffish and off-putting.
