I've been going to pollo tipico for years. I'm conflicted cause they're amazing and deserve all the success. I'm just worried that they're so good that they're gonna become a tourist spot and lose their amazing consistency. I get the chicharon with a side of yuca for my coworkers for breakfast at least once a week, and it makes everybody's day better every time. major love to the family running this spot. please don't ever sell❤️

Un guisado no debe ser seco, lleva caldo y debe echarlo en un envase.
A stew is not supposed to be dry.

The flavors were amazing. I just wish the oxtail was a little more tender. It was definitely chewy, but the flavor was on point.
