• 29/9/23Every time I order chicken from POLLO TROPICAL IT's Overcooked with makes it so dry you cannot eat it
The beans are swimming in bean juice and very small portion
Instead if the order comes from Hialeah Fl

• 10/4/22Did not receive Avocado slices. I order at least 3x a week and never receive the requested sauces. Today's tropicjops had very little chicken and brown rice was hard

• 10/2/24They didn't include the Fries .Second time this happens. The meat pieces are minimal , the rice is horrible.
