• 1/7/26the chicken was very dry and disappointing but the rice and black beans and the plantains tasted really good and I also ordered curry sauce so that helps the chicken taste better. the chicken must have been sitting around too long that's the problem with having delivery instead of eating there in person and the sweet plantains were very good nice and sweet not too dry

• 1/3/25the Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl isn't worth it. 7 dollars for a "bowl" of soup that is nothing but broth and 1 chunk of plantain & 2 tiny bits of shredded chicken. very disappointed.

• 2/3/26Ordered food last minute and the meat was dried out and the portion size was very small. It would have been nice if the order was denied if there wasn't enough quality food to fill the order properly. My elderly mother loves the food here so it was disappointing to receive such an order.
