Taste was great just it has seriously been diminished in size . Not only is it smller than when I eat it in the store it is also priced higher than in store.

This store has a consistent history of missing items, not just when delivering but even when ordering in person. It's too bad the app does not give us the option of choosing another location. Fries also burnt as well as the really thin Crispy Chipotle Chicken Sandwich patty. Poor experience overall.

Honestly I order from here at least once a week but I feel this time the chicken was too burnt. Overall it's always been fresh and good portions I prefer the bones less chicken breast over the whole chicken for my kids.

Food quality was terrible. Kept dasher waiting so long that another dasher had to pick up order. Rice under cooked. Chicken pieces in Caesar salad were hard and burnt.

I ordered to pick up. Waited at the store for 30 minutes past expected ready time. Nobody asks why are customers waiting in the pick up area. I had to ask. Upcoming customers would try to skip the line. Items missing in order. Very disorganized and poor customer service.
