I've had PolloTropical before and it was great. However, tonight's order of chicken was dry and overcooked. My black beans were more liquid than beans. Kind of bummed. I was looking forward to it.

Thrown together in haste with a smaller than normal serving of chicken. I order a LOT from Pollo Tropical and this is disappointing.
