I was very disappointed. I have NEVER had a bad meal at Pollo Tropical, but today I wanted to try their new Cuban Sandwich. I've had plenty of these elsewhere, but the one from Pollo Tropical is not good/ I won't be buying it again. It was just bread, meat and cheese, with little to no toasting, or melting. It was basically just a ham and pork sandwich. It's not worth a second look for me, even if they offered it for free.

The Regular Tropichop® is absolutely delicious. it's simple and amazing I hate that complex gourmet stuff. 3 simple things. chicken, rice, and beans. The Key Lime Pie has a VERY questionable smell but equally delicious! (it smells like a male locker room) the corn was awesome my brother loved it.The canned soda was somehow more extravagant than when I purchase it from the gas station. my order is definitely the best and if you get pollo tropical get THIS!!!!

Rice was hard and taste old. Meat was dry and old. Fries were soggy and mushy because they placed the plantains on top of the fries. Shame because I normally love pollo.

Barely put any beans, it was straight water. They didn't put in my sauces, and my rice was super hard. Pollo has always been one of my favorite places to get an easy quick meal but this location NEEDS to step i up.
