Large Tropichop and chicken wrap are on point. Probably even have some left over for lunch tomorrow.

I ordered the large chicken bowl with yellow rice and vegetables. When I got my order from door dash I had white rice and no sauce to go with either of my orders. I go to pollo tropical because of the sauce. So for me to get no sauce with either order makes me a irate! It's just dry white rice with the smallest amount of corn, peppers and onions they could've put together. I paid $13 for this order and it literally probably has $3 with of food in here. I will make sure to never order from this establishment again.

I ordered a regular tropichop and the container was half way filled with what seemed like reheated rice instead of fresh rice. the veddies were almost nonexistent and bi chicken because they were out of it. to top it off no sauces were sent!

My order was wrong literally two times in one hour never received my Mac and cheese never received rice with my reorder I don't know who they have working there but everyone should lose their job no care or pride at all pork tasted like it was three days old balsamic tomato's were soft and more juice the tomatoes horrible wish I could give a negative seven stars
