I just wanna mention that today August 12 whoever cooked did an amazing job with the seasoning with the rice with the beans with the fried chicken and the bake chicken. Everything has really good flavor. Keep up the good work.

Love the Mac and cheese tropichop so delicious and the sweet plaintains with Cesar dressing is so tasty. The portions are really good, the food is always fresh. Would definitely order again.

I am disappointed with my recent order. One of my Large Tropichop® Bowls was missing ingredients and arrived incredibly messy. It was clear that the items were carelessly thrown into the bag, leading to ingredients being scattered everywhere. Additionally, I want to address the Pollo's Chicken Soup - Bowl. It included its usual vegetables, but for the first time, I noticed elbow pasta, which does not belong there. Nowhere in the ingredients or recipe does it mention pasta, which is a clear case of cross-contamination. This level of service is unacceptable and I expect better and be addressed!

The Cuban Sandwich had no pickles. No Mayo/mustard was so dry! The sandwich wasn't even pressed. Next time I'll make them myself. This sandwich was worth $3 let alone the $10.49 we were charged.
