The plantains were so delicious, and perfectly cooked. The Tropichop was quite good as well -- the Beyond Meat was well-seasoned and went well with the toppings. Great price for the quality. I would eat here again!

They have THE best Chocolate Chip Cookie ever and the fresh Strawberry Lemonade is to fie for! and as always their Crispy Chicken platter is delicious and crispy. oh and the poyo poyo sauce is definitely my favorite ssauce. Great portions, would definitely order again!

the Strawberry Lemonade is so good and so fresh every time, and the Chocolate Chip Cookie is to die for i will always order one whenever I order here. oh and the Cuatro Leches is so good and itso a nice little portion not to much. they have good food too

This is the second time that I did not get the black beans on an all the way Tropichop. First time was the regular Tropichop and there was hardly any food in it and it was mostly corn. Today I ordered the Large Tropichop all the way. It had mostly corn and didn’t have the amount of food it should have. I won’t be ordering from this Pollo Tropical again. This restaurant used to be good but now it is not. I tried calling ahead several times to make sure they included the black beans but nobody answered the phone. After the order was delivered I called and they answered but didn’t make it right. The Forest Hill Pollo Tropical is much better. Also, Lake Worth Rd Pollo Tropical shows no charge for the sides of black beans and white rice and Ceasar salad on this review. They were $4.49 each. Go figure that.

My only complaint is that they put way way too much beans. It's not rice and beans it was Beans with rice and the rice was soggy.
