Food is good...taste-wise and the portions are good. Desserts are delicious. Yuca fries and Tostones are usually cooked too hard to eat, and the plaintains are usually burnt, but still tasty. Unfortunately, this location ALWAYS leaves something out of the order. Everytime (even the drive-thru), something is missing.

Came cold, rice was hard barley any chicken. and the worst part the avocado tasted so bad and sour I couldn't eat it

I've always heard good things about Pollo Tropical.Finally, decded to try it.
The pork and the rie was very goo, but it was only warm. The taste was good. the black beans were everything. the paintain tasted like old grease... sorry. I'm trying it again, i know it willbe fine.

Where is the whole chicken
Provided pieces: 4 drumsticks
4 rib cages no meat attached
Might need to educate your employee on what consist of a whole chicken
