I don't know who is the chef in the kitchen today!!! But that chicken was well seasoned!! The chef needs a raise!!!

Ordered half 1/2 Chicken Platter - Rice & Beans ..the chicken was good quality but for the price I should have gotten larger piece of chicken.One piece hardly had any meat on it.

I get pollo at the airport in Fll often as I work there and it's amazing I ordered expecting the same experience but the chicken wasn't cooked the same way at all. I like my chicken cooked well done not white. If I wanted that I'd get a rotisserie chicken from publix

This must be worst pollo tropical ever.The chicken was all burnt,the Regular Size - Guava BBQ Pork Set Build TropiChop®was dried all up and burnt plus they for to put in the black beans in the tropichop.Only thi good was the saladand rolls.

We ordered 2 Tropichop bowls AND a cookie. Instead, we received 1 Tropichop bowl, NO COOKIE and something with a ridiculous amount of rice!
