The 1/2 Fire Grilled Chicken - With 2 Sides & the Large Tropichop® Bowl were superb 👌 I love Pollo Tropical, they make the best and the quantity is very generous.

Chicken nowhere near done, plantains not even cooked, so hard I cannot bite into it, pork no flavor onions not steamed at all. Very chewy Onions, steak was OK, Very seasoned and marinated, sauce was great.

abysmal. they forgot to add my black beans to the Large Tropichop® Bowl that they made using what tasted like day old chicken. Nothing fresh and tropical about that bowl. The Quesadilla Wrap suffered from the same old tasting chicken and it left a charcoalish bitter after taste in my mouth after the first bite. needless to say it ended up in the garbage. Chocolate Cake was good though so I guess there's that..... yeah I wouldn't order here again

this restaurant it need to do better dry cold overcooked rice is not what's happening and they don't put enough vegetables in their rice and when you're telling people they get half a chicken make sure that that's what they getting also that the meal is hot
