Normally the Bubble Tea here is excellent -we order regularly -today the Boba Pearls are hard, like they are either old or not given enough to properly set. It is disappointing.

tea is good, but it wasn't clear if the tapioca was included or not. usually these are by default, wish i had known ahead of time.

The Boba Pearls were perfect this time, Maybe you have a recent employee who doesn't know how to prepare them. The pearls are an added enjoyment -when they are hard as a rock not enjoyable.
