the coke in our combo seemed like it was missing a lot of it and the tea in our other combo came hot. they didn't even fill the fries all the way. this is honestly so disappointing because it's not always like this. the fries are also stale.

Everything about the food was amazing!..well, the food they gave me. I ordered some for my family and made complete sure I said the sauses I wanted!Sauce Count:0. Luckily, everything else was there! (They even gave an extra drink!)Everything about the food was fresh and the portion sizes were massive!

asked for classic, got spicy, asked for extra biscuit, did not get. chicken is outstanding, tastes wonderful, they just need to really watch the orders.

Menu on dash needs updated. I was able to call and switch out sides and sauces after I ordered. Outside of replacing one of my items I requested through the phone, they did help. But inconvenient for the extra steps needed.
