The biscuits were soft and nice, the chicken was fried, good and nice size, the wings were in too much sauce but still good

I received 3 wings, 2 thighs and a breast. The meat in the breast was good and juicy but the skin was as hard as the bone was. The thighs were disgusting, 0 meat as well. 1 of the wings had a decent amount of meat the other 2 were all bone all 3 wings were dry as can be. So out of 6 pieces, 1 was good.

When I put 10 sauces...they actually gave me 10 sauces. I'm so happy. Typically fastfood spots come up short with sauces but this location did great. Next time I'm putting 5 like I originally wanted instead of 10 because I know for a fact they will give the exact number I wanted. 10/10 experience.

the food was good and fresh. I didnt like the sauce that was on the chicken Smokin' Rojo Chicken Sandwich but it tasted fresh. The 4 pc 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo was super fresh and juicy fries were ok. But the customer service here was AWESOME 👌

The chicken is so much better than k f c and the coleslaw is to die for my goodness. I don't know what they use, but i'm gonna start calling in their cold slaw. My slaw crack
