12 pc usually takes an extra 10 minutes, they make them when the dasher gets their. So above and beyond really delicious.

This actually might've been the best chicken of my life. It was insanely fresh and so juicy. The chicken was big and so yummy. Then they upped themselves and gave me so many honey packets. I've genuinely never had this fresh of chicken from Popeyes before and tonight's order changed my life.

Always perfectly cooked. I live pretty close by (but don't drive, hence ordering delivery) but even so-- the food here is always fresh when I get it. I usually get sandwiches but sometimes I order the bone-in chicken, and this Popeye's is probably the most consistently good of any I've lived near. I order here FREQUENTLY. I just wish they'd let you order individual pieces of chicken!

I only received half my order so after tips and fees I spent $23 on four pieces of chicken that were over cooked.

Did not get food as I ordered it - items on wrap that I asked to be removed due to allergy. Also description of item was incorrect- the description does not list mayonnaise as part of ingredients. Paid $17 for this order and did not get to eat any of it.
