Hot wings was tossed in garlic parmess sauce and burned my daughters mouth. She was so confused as to why it was spicy and I was too. I even googled reviews to see if anyone else had that problem. Bad for business. Seems like there is always an issue when ordering from popyes.

I was charged twice for this order. my order wasn't available originally due to the store closing and I was told by a Popeyes employee they will be cancelling it. then I get charged for the same meal again saying that it is being rerouted. my meeal didn't come with the garlic lemon pepper only the sweet and spicy and the cheesecake was not included. I was charged twice for wrong/incomplete items

The lemonade is watery and twice they have forgotten items in my order. First when I asked for an extra biscuit and then they didn't send my side of mashed potatoes! I get other food hot and fresh but this food always comes cold.
