My fries were burnt and the chicken was so dry that I couldn't eat it.
I understand that the order was placed late at night but the quality of the food was atrocious! Surely this restaurant has higher standards than what I was served.

Popeyes, y’all really need to add an option to select dark meat when ordering through DoorDash. I love your chicken, but every time I order the 3-piece, it’s a gamble—usually ends up being a single leg and the rest white meat. Don’t get me wrong, I appreciate a good leg now and then, but do you not have any thighs back there?!
It’s 2025. Let me pick my pieces please.

My chicken was so dry and the fries were burnt! So unhappy and disappointed with my food! I won't be ordering from this establishment again. It's not the first time either.
