My chicken & biscuits are great. My order of fried pickles are not. They are old & very hard. The portion is small. I order from hete in person often so I know what the quality & quantity should be like.

Restaurant was willing this time to substitue something they were out of, compared to the last time were they didn't try and just said they couldn't. This is the 2nd time ordering fries where they were very dry & tasteless. The drink I ordered was flat & tasteless as well, no carbonation whatsoever & couldn't even get a slight taste or smell of what soda it was supposed to be.

The chicken was so oily the skin was black! I've never seen anything like what they served. At first I thought it was a jerk seasoning but no it was old oily chicken that turned black.
