Always delicious and fresh. You know how fresh it is as soon as your first bite crispy and juiciness. Never disappointed at this Covington location. The mix is always good and portion is big. Highly recommended!

First: I ordered 5 and got 4.
Second: they were very small (a little bigger than a nugget!) I ordered the "hand crafted" tenders and these are worse than a basic chicken strip.
The money I spent was not worth the quality of my meal. I tried calling the store 5 times and no one answered.
My items were not in a bag and they gave me no plastic utensils to eat my mashed potatoes !

Can't resist the chicken sandwiches and red beans and rice from Popeyes! Anytime I order something else I regret it. The fried pickles were ok for something different from fries, but I was done with them after 2 or 3 pickle slices. I wouldn't get them INSTEAD of the red beans and rice!

They literally left out half the fries so we're paying 2 1/2 dollars for a fistful of fries. And one of the pies is missing which there was an increased price to add the second.

The chicken pieces in our 8 piece box were terrible, the pieces were small and very dark.
The batter was hard, almost like rocks in some places, he were reluctant to eat any of it so we threw most away. Very disappointing.
Needless to say, we won't be using Popeyes's again
