The deserts are excellent! Best Chili Cheese Dog ever! If you haven't tried them please do. In Chicago they have lines around the building at lunch.

I continue to pay for items that the store fails to deliver and they don't fix the food the way you order it. I paid for extras and they failed to send them. I order items on the side and they didn't follow instructions.

Beef & Cheddar Croissant was awesome. It's been awhile since i have had a good Italian beer with gravy and Portillos wasone of the best.

We asked for peppers on the side and paid for them but no peppers. The gravy on the side was dumped all in the bag. Poor execution, quality control, and handling.

Ordered the beef & cheddar croissant and there was very little cheese. Had to dig through the beef to find any. Will not be ordering this again.
