Everything was amazing, per usual. I love that they actually make the dry Italian beef DRY. I personally hate soggy bread so i love that they follow instructions precisely.

First of all Fries onion rings were spilled all into the bag, Hot dogs were smashed and soggy beef sandwiches were ok $ 90.00 was very overpriced hot dog 2 beefs tamale and 3 shakes wasn't that good

Both the salads I got for my wife and I were both OLD!! We tried sharing one but it tasted too awful. I'm bring the salad back to Portillo's in the next couple hours to see if I can get a NEW & FRESH SALAD!!!

I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and onion rings I go to open the bag but Cant since it was drenching in greese the food was greese y too i was afraid to eat it even my car could not handle the grease.

Yet another order with the wrong food in the bag. I ordered two things: a chili cheese dog and cheese fries. I got a Chicago style dog and fries with a cup that wasn't even half filled with cheese. They have quality control issues at this store.
