I've had better burgers a McDonald's. The lettuce was soggy, the bacon was chewy and rubbery. Just not a good burger especially for the price.

The Villa Park, IL Portillo's is terrible. Every single time we order from here, we are missing at least one item, usually multiple - Cheese Sauce, salad side bread, fries, etc. The food is typically just OK - hasn't been great in years. Soggy, not hot or fresh, not done according to order (example: ordering a plain Spicy Chicken Sandwich yet it comes with everything on it). I don't know why we continue going to this location. Convenience, I suppose. I think we may switch to the Elmhurst location from now on.

Fries were cold and gross. The chili dog was rubbery. The cheeseburger was overcooked. Best thing was the Dr.Pepper. Portillos is not good anymore!
