Vitamin water not advertised as "zero sugar" product. Would never have ordered. Ham and cheese one of smallest sandwiches I have had in comparison to similar competitors and bland taste. Disappointing experience overall. Would not recommend.

The food wasn't fresh which is very surprising for potbelly. The bead was old and hard and the cookies tasted like play dough and was old and crusty too. Also I requested light hot peppers and they put so much the oil was seeping through the bag onto the table.

The Chicken Salad tastes good on its own; however, it's almost non-existent in the bread.

I've never felt compelled to write a review but whoever made my order deserves recognition. I've ordered this sandwich so many times and this is the first time it was made to my definition of perfect.
