Zapp’s Salt & Vinegar Chips-really fantastic kissed with the Vinegar, so it’s not over powering. Soups are great, especially the Chicken Pot Pie, it’s deconstructed CPP on a spoon full of YUM! Real Bacon in the Loaded Baked Potato Soup too. A Wreck Sandwich very tasty and fresh. My only complaint is the Shake-very delish, but it was too pricey for the meager portion.

We usually love Potbelly but this order was a bust. The Broccoli Cheddar soup had clearly been sitting for a long time - it was thick, chunky, and tasted slightly burnt from sitting in the warmer all day. The Italian was more lettuce than meat.

bread was burnt, and Italian subs was sad. asked for lettuce and tomatoes, there was a sprinkle on it. potbellys was always so good.this time not so much. probably wont order again, not for the quality I received tonight.

Everything is usually great here, but I don't recommend the chicken club. The bacon was completely uncooked. It ruined the entire sandwich. Broccoli Cheddar and chocolate chip Bag Mini Cookies were great!

I had two chunks of chicken on my sandwich and the bacon is raw. I cannot eat this.
