The Italian sandwich tasted great but felt empty. Was not full and hearty looking like in the images. the loaf itself seems smaller in dimension than what you'd expect. And turned out really soggy. I would hope these guys know how to put together the order while paying mind to keep it from being so wet, but I'll work on my ordering skills and see if I can help them accomplish that better also.
their Banana Pudding Shake was incredible in flavor, but the meager 12oz cup didn't last much longer than a few minutes and wasn't worth the steep $7+ for such a small amount of heaven. Definitely will be needing more heaven for $7+. That is all

This is literally the most pathetic sandwich. The meat and cheese don't even come close to filling the bread. It's warm but that's about all I can say. Disappointed. I spent $20 to get this sandwich delivered and I would not order it again, not from potbelly. It seems fresh enough I guess but bland at best.

I am a self proclaimed BLT aficionado, and this BLT is a winner! Toasted just right, bacon is actually COOKED unlike subway BLT's. The soup was perfect as well, just as good (if not better) than Panera. Will definitely order again <3

I had the Veggie Melt Mac and Mac & Cheese and side of Potbelly Whole Pickle and it was the perfect lunch.great portions and the Macas cheesy and filling for its size and the pickle was huge!I love pickles so that pickle side was perfect. loved the sandwich and would buy it again.

So my partner and I love it here. Our favorites are the chicken pot pie and broccoli cheddar soups! We've only had issue with quality once before and it was just before closing and they still fixed it so altogether they've got great customer service and delicious food. Sandwiches are also wonderful
