i'm literally obsessed with potbelly, my stepmom introduced it to me, and we both order at least twice a month! the loaded baked potato soup and the chicken pot pie soup is delicious and hot!! the cookies are always fresh and yummy, the sandwiches are delicious, the shakes are delicious, everything's a 10/10.

Chicken Pot Pie Soup was delicious! But I ordered extra pot pie crumble, it came IN the soup so by the time it was delivered it was a lump of mush in the middle. I wish it had come on the side. The Mac and Mac & Cheese was only meh, I've had better. The noodles were overcooked and mushy. Flavor was like out of a bag, premade sauce, could use some salt. I won't order that again. Giant pickle was good - standard giant Potbelly Whole Pickle.

sandwiches were just really disappointing. they were dry they had hardly anything on the sandwich it was basically just bread with a sprinkle of items. the btw had like one slice. a dash of lettuce and thin two slices of tomato. and burnt. but the soup was really good. and the shake was really really good.

They went a bit too heavy on the mayo with our sandwiches. It was sloppy to the point where it was dripping off the side of the bread and completely coating our fingertips in it. It also obscured the flavor of the other ingredients. It was kinda disappointing to pay over $30 for sandwiches that tasted almost completely like mayo. Please do better.
