The bacon tastes heavily smoked(not for me), and this sandwich is supposed to have DOUBLE the bacon crisp. Very disappointed. I'll stick with Astro's BLT. Not much portion here for a $22 sandwich either.

It tasted decent, but the portions were SO small... I paid $14 for two cups of soup and they weren't even a full 1 cup measurement...
i definitely don't think it's worth the price you pay especially considering it doesn't stand out from other soups

Skinny Sandwich + Half Salad was perfect for me. However, my husband ordered a bowl of Loaded Baked Potato and it came in a container that couldn't have been bigger than half a cup. But all in all, the food was delicious.

I used to love Potbelly. They had some of the best sandwiches around—the Wreck was always my go-to—and their soups were hearty, flavorful, and well-portioned for the price. It felt like comfort food done right.
But over the past couple of years, everything’s gone downhill. The sandwiches have lost their quality, and the soups have become a complete rip-off. What used to be a full bowl is now barely a half cup—yet somehow costs around $9. That’s not value; that’s corporate greed dressed up as a meal.
It’s sad to see another once-great restaurant choose profit over quality and in the process lose what made it special. I won’t be ordering again until they fix it.

Was curious about trying this since the pictures looked good, but really regret wasting my money now. Bread is horrible, pickles have 0 flavor, I asked for mustard, but can't taste even a hint of it and had to add more. There's spots on the read that are soggy. Worst sandwich I've ever had. Wonder bread and cheap meats from Walmart would make a better sandwich.
