First time here, heard only good things, once I got there staff didn't acknowledge me they were just talking, once I grabbed my stuff and finally was able to look at it once I got back to my office the toppings were spilling out, flavor was mid and there weren't even peppers and when I actually looked at it there was only roast beef and salami and one piece of turkey in the whole sandwich that was 14$

first time trying Potbelly's and was NOT disappointed! I ordered theA Wreck® with nearly everything with the spicy ranch. this sandwich cleared my sinuses! I also ordered a Potbelly Whole Pickle but they cut it into spears and it made a mess :( but it was a delicious garlic pickle! and the Chocolate Brownie Cookie was soft, chewy and wonderfully chocolate :D over all, 10/10 satisfied
