Bait and switch! They'll replace what you want with what you don't want and not even ask if it's alright. Other reviews say the same thing. Would not recommend at all.

Pretzels are good. But charging extra for sauces and forcing you to choose 4 sauces on the big box order??? Slick...

love the pretzels but they didn't include the cheese? if i'm paying $12 for pretzels, shouldn't there be a dipping side included..?

Ordered 16 Pc Mini Pretzel Dogs and 8 Pc Mozzarella Stuffed Bites. Replaced with regular Salted Pretzel Bites without contacting me. Furthermore, the price for the regular bites does not match the price for what was originally ordered nor was any compensation offered. See receipt.
