Fantastic fries with awesome flavors to try and mix between. My favorite has to be sour cream with cheese.

The Pretzelmaker Pretzel Bites were inedible. They were so overcooked and tough to chew. Didn't taste fresh either. The fountain drink tasted like pure syrup. I ordered a smart water and got a Dasani, which is fine but I was charged an extra 50 cents for the smart water and they didn't even acknowledge that they substituted the item. Would not order again.

so so salty! the bites were so salty I could even taste the garlic or Parm I added, the pretzel dog was also very salty, probably don't need the salt on it, and cinnamon sugar bites were pretty flavourless. it was better the last time I ordered!

I don't know why I decided to give PretzelMaker another try, but don't waste your $ like I made the mistake of doing. AGAIN. It was undercooked(multiple areas of near raw dough),undersized (much smaller than competitors)& underseasoned (if not for the MINISCULE amount of topping -NO exaggeration), one would think I had ordered plain.
THANKS Pretzelmaker for reminding me why I stopped ordering from you🥴

This pretzel maker doesnt cook the pretzels enough. Very doughy. The location at polo park is much better.
